COVID-19

At The Harbour Watercraft, the safety, security and well-being of our guests & crew members have always been our #1 priority! Now that we’re opening for the 2021 summer season, rest assured that we’re monitoring public health advice and taking every appropriate action to help combat the spread of COVID-19. Our goal is to provide you with the opportunity to get outside, breathe fresh air, explore the harbour, and stay active; all while maintaining physical distancing and staying safe.

Here’s how we protect our guests & crew members:

Crew members:

A maximum of 4 crew members will be allowed on our docks at any given time.
Crew members will be required to wear masks, especially while assisting guests.
Crew members will be provided with the appropriate cleaning supplies and will be instructed to clean and disinfect their work areas and equipment as frequently as possible.
Crew members will be provided with alcohol-based hand sanitizer and will be instructed to maintain proper hygiene.

Guests:

A maximum of 5 guests will be allowed on our docks at any given time.
All crew members & guests will be asked to maintain a distance of 2 metres (6 feet) apart at all times (wherever possible).
Signage will be posted to help guide guests on where to stand, where to go, and how to practice physical distancing while on our docks.
Guests will be encouraged to book, prepay and complete our liability waiver online before arriving. Guests will be given a 10% discount for booking online.
Guest will be provided with access to alcohol-based hand sanitizer and will be encouraged to maintain proper hygiene.

Equipment:

All equipment will be cleaned before and after every use.
A 30 minute cleaning period will be allotted after every guided rental or tour to insure that all of our watercraft (both Sea-Doos and Kayaks) have been thoroughly cleaned and disinfected before the next use.
Crew members will be provided with the appropriate cleaning supplies to properly clean and disinfect equipment.

Dock Space:

We will be dividing our 70 feet dock space into two sections. 35 feet will be allocated for Sea-Doo riders and the other 35 feet for Kayak riders.
Public health mandated physical distancing procedures will be mandated at all times, especially while signing guests up, giving lessons or gearing up.
